1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

The website slumbervale.com (the "Site") is operated by Slumbervale, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E. ("Slumbervale", "we", "us") – contact@slumbervale.com. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to every visit to the Site and every order you place. By using the Site or ordering, you accept these Terms and our Privacy, Shipping, and Refund & Return Policies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state if higher, to order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate. Our products are sold for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Products and product information

Dimensions, weights, and material percentages are approximate, and colors may look slightly different on your screen. We may change or discontinue products at any time. The RECOVERY PILLOW and RECOVERY PILLOW PLUS are ergonomic sleep products, not medical devices; if you suffer from persistent neck or back pain, consult a healthcare professional. Follow the safety instructions on the product page: the pillow is not suitable for small children and must be kept away from heat sources and open flames.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD); applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout based on your shipping address, and standard shipping on US orders is free. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and PayPal; we do not store your full card details. We may change prices or run promotions at any time without affecting orders already accepted.

5. Pricing and description errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after an order confirmation has been sent. Where the correct price is higher than the price you paid, we will first contact you so you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

6. Order acceptance and cancellation

Your order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; it is not an acceptance. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send the shipping confirmation. Before dispatch we may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or we suspect fraud, and will refund any amount already charged. You may cancel free of charge before dispatch by emailing contact@slumbervale.com with your order number; after dispatch, use the 90-night sleep trial to return the product.

7. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered 1–3 business days after dispatch. Every pillow comes with a 90-night sleep trial with free return shipping and a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return. 8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site – text, images, logos, designs, and the names SLUMBERVALE®, RECOVERY PILLOW, and RECOVERY PILLOW PLUS – is owned by or licensed to Slumbervale and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages for personal use only; any other use requires our prior written permission. By submitting a review or photo, you grant Slumbervale a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it in our marketing and confirm it does not violate anyone's rights.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available"; to the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about its availability or accuracy. Our products carry the warranties required by applicable law, and nothing in these Terms excludes any right that cannot be excluded under the laws that apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slumbervale is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or our products, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Where a state does not allow these limitations, they apply to the fullest extent permitted. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and your orders are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, U.A.E. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer protection law of the state or country where you live, or of the right to bring a claim before your local courts where that law grants it. 12. Changes to these Terms and general provisions

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on the Site with its "last updated" date and applies to orders placed after publication; continued use of the Site means you accept it. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remains in force. These Terms and the policies referred to above form the entire agreement between you and Slumbervale.
